1. Flat bench (I I powerlift)
2. Heavy bent over rows
3. High Bar ATG (Even if it's just a warmup to Low bar Parallel)
4. Heavy OHP
5. Close grip bench/Heavy Hammer curls
6. Nope

I also include a specific DL day for back
Usually consisting of Heavy DL, RDLs and on occasion Rack pulls for CNS work

1. dumbell incline / smith machine incline press / cable or machine flyes
2. dumbbell rows / one arm pulldown variation / one arm row variation
3. squats / machine squats / banded legpress
4. cable or machine lateral raise / rear delt flye / press variation
5. cable curls / overhead cable extension / pushdown variation
6. cable crunches or machine crunches

3. Squats - SSB or Straight bar
4. Dumbbell press, dumbbell lateral (like these superset with rear delt cable flye for high reps)
5. EZ bar curls, Pin press, Pushdown - single arm reverse grip or angle bar)
6. Weighted decline sit-up
