Dorian Yates without question. He was the first to get BIG and have that HARD dense look. His back looked like a high powered rifle couldnt blow thru it. I saw him at his best many times, each time i just thought "wtf!!!"

Arnold hands down, and to answer your other question I have seen him fat in people mag about 4 months ago, he must have been 16-17%, and the pics were taken before T3, and even though you can't see much of him in T3 it is amazing to me that someone that old could go through such a physique transfomation.

All time fav is Arnold, but I like Berry DeMay back in the 80's, and there was this black Brittish guy that had the smallest waist.... think his name was Brian Buc..........?

And who can forget Rich Gaspari, Gary Strydom, Lee Labrada, Lee Haney, Phil Hill, the guys from the 80's look the best to me
