You shouldnt juice if...

Meal prep Sunday! Just wanted to say if you aren't doing this, why even juice?? Nutrition is by far the most important part of lifting, wish more of the younger guys like myself could realize that
I very rarely like to meal prep as I don't like eating the same shit over and over I much prefer getting something out the freezer the night before and making something the next day etc :)
 
I hear that, it's just easier for me with my work schedule lol I was referring to focusing on nutrition when I said no point in juicing if...not necessarily meal prepping lol
 
I love to cook, although I work long hours, and have to spend time with my family. I'm starting to meal prep more often. And to say the least, I throw in a little hot sauce or ranch and it makes everything taste oh so much better

I do that to some extent. I prepackage all my meals into ready to cook portions. I would do like you do but the people i live with always have the fridge full so theres no room for 15 tupperware containers haha
 
I have a wife thats also a weight lifter. We dont meal prep but she mentally knows what we are eating for the week.

So if you cant do it i say get a wife that enjoys cooking lol
 
But what if I want brownies one day and cookies the other :eek: or vice versa you can't plan for that so gotta live life one day at a time. Like my grandpa always says don't buy green bananas cause you don't know if you'll be around to eat them :D

What if you eat green bananas????

Once in a while I'll eat them raw and green although I prefer a little yellow on them but Dominicans boil green bananas as a side dish. It goes great with almost anything.
That sounds different. I like em over ripe with lots of spots;)
