WWB delayed delivery

Hi, quick question. I ordered from WWB on January 14th, 2026, and on the morning of February 2nd, I received a status update stating that the package had cleared customs and was being forwarded to DHL. I haven't received any further updates since then. Is this normal, or what exactly can I do now?

My order from qingli also came in very late but when I got it there were many items missing also the hgh was missing

When did you order it and where to? When I inquire, they keep saying to be patient. But I've been waiting almost four days now and there's no further update, and it can't be because customs is holding it up anymore.

I ordered January 14 as well, and to California, I got my tracking number a couple days later but has been stuck in customs ever since. But idk what going on

Okay, my package has cleared customs, but nothing has arrived from DHL yet, nor has it been scanned.
