You can safely ignore him on a lot of stuff.I did just see last night vig Steve did his QA and said something about filtering peptides doesn’t work because the peptide molecule is too too big to pass through the .2 filter or something like that?! I never really trust a ton of what he says but it did have me thinking lol.
I used to get a ton of my info from him but after looking stuff up on my own and leaning on forums like these, it became clear Steve has an incentive to sell stuff and his info is highly influenced by that.
Anyway. HGH for example is a 191 amino acid polypeptide chain which at its largest is 0.1 micrometers. So that will still get thru the 0.22 micrometer filter.
Out of the peptides that a community like this using, HGH is one of the largest.
To get larger than 0.22 micrometers, the peptide chain would need to be straight and about 400 aminos long. I haven’t come across any common peptides that are that long yet. But you can be the one who figures it out and goes thru and documents the exact (expected) size of all the common peptides!
