I would understand if it was a one time costumer but he will not budge on this he also made it seem like it’s the warehouse that has this policy and he really can’t do anything about it kind of like he’s the middle man but trust me I’ve had good experiences with wwb until this point just putting this out there as it can happen to someone else and most likely will stuff like this happens in any company people are always trying to come up..
Too late now you've already made contact about it but in the future if it's short just tape it back up and stage an "unboxing" video. Not sure what they try to prove with this video crap, there's no way for them to tell if it's the first time you've opened the package, just put some more brown tape on it. Could even remove half the contents and "unbox" it on video, the video proves nothing.
