Idk if I wanna put myself in the same category as dudes prepping for shows they’re way ahead of me. Example 2 is goals. I still got a little ways for shows, but that will be the plan when the time comes.its like a training, diet, and cycle diary kinda thing.
like if you're currently on a 16 week cut, you might document your progress, your bw, your macros, how your lifts are going, what you're pinning and how its making you feel etc.
