Getting up there in weight deadlifting, i go overhand but couldnt hold on. So i took a video of my form of alternate grip, and my underhand is bent, which is how you tear bicep from not being straight with that hand.

Who uses wraps? Anyone have any reccommendations? Of a brand?

Lifting straps are all the same for the most part IME, I just use Harbinger. If you’re looking for more specialized straps for other things that’s different. But just normal lifting straps for a power/deadlift bar, I think you can get any name brand and be fine.

I use regular straps that lifters use. Sometimes I do it myself from a dog leash.

I have regular straps harbinger as well they do great. But tbh I want to get some double loop straps because it takes a little less time to get set in position. Nice thing about traditional straps is it can also thicken the grip some.
I'm a big fan of straps. If I'm not needing to train my forearm.or grip I use them to get extra reps. Pull up or pull downs it's a game changer for me. It takes so much less oxygen from my working muscles using straps

Gonna check these out next myself

With straps you have to come down with the bar everytime, there is no dropping it correct?
