I have a shitty job where I work for like 8-9 hours (4pm-12:30pm) and only get to eat once durring that time. Even worse the job involves standing and walking.. fucking cardio.. all durring that time. Before I had this job I was eating every 2 hours and was the strongest I've ever been, now that is not the case.
Stats: 6'2, 240ish lbs, bulking
So this is my plan:
9 am: 60g protein shake, 6-8 eggs, wheat toast, fish oil.
10 am: Around 12oz of chicken, 24+oz of milk, toast
11 am: 20g protein bar
11 - 1pm Sk00l
No food
1pm: 60g protein shake, 6-8 eggs, toast, fish oil
2pm: Around 12 oz of chicken, 24+oz of milk, toast
::Workout::
3:30pm: 60g protein shake, 6-8 eggs
4pm - 8pm w0rk
No food
8:30pm: 30g protein bar and like a half gallon of %2 chocolate milk* (really have no chocie here, except maybe change the chocolate milk to reg %1 or fat free milk but I think chocolate milk has more calories...)
9pm - 12:30 w0rk No food
1am: 60g protein shake, 6-8 eggs, fish oil
Thoughts? It's roughly around 6000-7000 calories. I haven't started it yet, I'm eating like 1/2 that now and feeling like shit. I was thinking of starting tomarrow after getting some suggestions. The main problem is actually being awake to eat at these times, I tend to take naps from like 1-3pm or wake up around 10am.. and that cuts out like 4 good meals..
