A quick google search indicates that with 3 sessions the protection be for about 1 year and with just one session it's good for only 3 months. Not sure if insurance will cover it though.

Should last quite a bit longer with the stem cell injection but the price would probably increase significantly

No doubt the SC treatment would be quite pricey and insurance most likely won't cover even that. I'd most likely have to take a loan on my main 401k to do that.

This is mostly designed to stretch and work some mobility stuff. I think the whole team needed a deload except the new guy. New guy has made it the past few days. His squats are real ugly. He was sentenced to 2 weeks of mobility, banded assistance work and goblet squats until he could keep his knees from wobbling around. He did most of the routine with us but after I had him squat to a box with a dowel on his shoulders. We’ll progress him to a bar in a week or two and see how he does before we pull the box out from under him. His deadlift looked fairly decent last week. I haven’t seen him bench yet since I missed Sunday and made it up at the house yesterday.

The deload did me some good. Ate big the past few days and just felt really good today. 315x3 moved very well even though I set up poorly and clipped the j hooks twice for being to far up on the bench. 335x2 went up easy enough but was using the bench with the Fat Pad. So to be sure I wasn’t dreaming ai changed the bench for the thinner smaller one with a regular pad and moved it just as well. Was planning on hitting a few doubles or something at 495, the single was for a warm up. A friend said “ you gonna put some weight on there? Looking really fast” so I added a plate and pulled 585, it was a fight but it was mine.

Straight from 495lbs to 585lbs? Hell of a jump, but congrats on the PR. 600 club soon.
Yea was a bit of a shock but I knew it was there. No way I couldn’t have done it without the deload or the big meal last night and this morning.The thick plates give the bar some extra flex. I’ll have to account for that before the next meet but we have the calibrated plates to train on at the gym.

Had the stem cell/prp injection yesterday. Knee is sore. The local anesthetic shot hurt worse than the stem cell injection. Probably won’t do anything heavy on the knee until next week. Got around fine today at work. Climbed ladders and got up and down from sitting to standing, standing to kneeling, all day without any problems. Wore a light compression knee sleeve all day.

Pretty much a blah workout, worked 12 hours on Saturday in the heat and got heat exhaustion, cramps, headache, dizzy almost puked. Wasn’t 100% at the gym on Sunday. The Ovid nazis are starting in on their bullshit again. People a panicking and the grocery stores are chaos. I picked up 5 pairs of calibrated reds. Lookin around for some proper comp rated locking collars
