Had to cut back on the Dbol dose. Shit was giving me horrible back pumps and gave me the BG's. Dropping to 25mg, we'll see how it goes.

Not a good workout unless you shit yourself.
 
It's not physical or anything..although there's a definite attraction both ways. It's definitely not ideal. She keeps saying she wishes she had met me before she was married. So, we're just workout partners.
This has a life span on it. You will either fuck her or she will get too comfortable round you and remember she's married and stop spending time with you. Typically the more time spent will lead to one , two or both happening more quickly.

I can see it... I don't know what to do. I like her and I don't want to quit hanging out. It's a difficult situation.

only advice I can give is this: Dont let her play you like a pawn. I was friends with a female in a similar situation years ago but she was in a long term relationship. Told me she left him, She used me to get back at her bf who cheated on her and was still fucking him. Never left him for a minuet. I caught feelings for her , she ended up pregnant, miscarried. Bailed on me, got back together with the ex and then left him eventually. Lucky this dude didnt hold a grudge and come after me or something silly. Be a pity some poor guy lost his teeth or got shot over some damn hoe.

Wise words brother. I will tread carefully. I can see this being a shit show more than I can see it being a good thing. I honestly enjoy hanging out with this chick, which just complicates everything.
 
Any husband who lets his wife work out/hang out with another man is a fucking idiot. Any woman who disrespects her husband like that can’t be trusted anyway or there marriage is already over and they’re just going through the motions until they finally divorce.
I don't disagree with this. And I don't feel good about it. But I'm a little stuck. Maybe I'm being a bitch.. I don't know.

Bench Variation up to 1 or 3 rm
2 sets of dumbbells bench 20 reps
laying roll ups 2x15
skull crushers 3x10
side raises to DB OHP combo set 2x10ea
hammer curls 3x10
cable pull downs 2x20
cable abs 3x15

Next day I do a full back day

Bent rows 5x5
DB lat rows 3x12
landmine rows 5x5
wide grip lat pull down 3x15
Ez bar curls 2x10
band abs 1x50

Then I take day off before Dynamic Lower day. My upper back is not balanced with my anterior so i will keep up a seperate day for it until inbalance is corrected. Im off cycle right now, when I go back on I pick it up about 25%.
