With Bitcoin plummeting down, where will that leave payment options,

I’ve, personally, lost just under 50% of what I had stored in BitCoin and Etherium in the last few days. To quote P.Diddy “The bubble gon’ popped!!”

It’ll go stable. Three years ago it hit $20,000 and then dropped $10,000 and slowly dropped into the 3,000s. It came back slowly and just hit 60,000. It’s correcting itself. It’s too easy to manipulate it all. I could see a country (oh maybe China) getting into the crypto market and slowly pumping it up just to turn around and tank it a few months later. Betty and Joe Average would be ruined.

I don’t know. The crypto shit is retarded. How many alt coins are out there now? I’m pretty sure anyone with the know how could start a coin or token. It’s getting to be ridiculous.

Crypto is here to stay but crypto giveth and crypto taketh away. Like the above poster says you should hold in a stable coin like USDT and peg it against the dollar if you just use it for purchases.

I’m lucky enough in that I only, loose use of the word ‘only’, lost $500 or so. I can only imagine what some others have lost.

That's why keep them un usdt and change in btc when you want to pay. Market is too volatile and a simple tweet from Elon can move the market
Now probably it will recover some % as it was china fud again. Don't sell when market is red don't buy when the market is green
This. I’ve always kept cash and transferred to Bitcoin when needed. I do have some in safemoon, doge and Shiba. But with the price it’s at I don’t think it’ll go any lower. Even if it does it’s only a couple hundred bucks. Once ether classic dropped below $100 I cashed out. Thank god it’s at like $55 right now lol

price doesn't really matter if you only use it to transact. I think actually higher price has been worse for buyers recently. It cost me like $25 in fees to send BTC for an order a month or two ago BECAUSE of the higher prices (I think)
