Just wanted to post and say thanks for all the info guys. After 5 years natural lifting I jumped into my first cycle last year and got it badly wrong!!! Ended up angry, depressed (some good gains) but lost my hair and ended up hanging up my gloves for 3months.
This forum kept my interest up. Now I am back at 16 stone 3. 14%bf fitter and stronger than before and loving the lifting.
I am a little way into a light Sust and Deca newbie cycle with some D-bol orals. Milk thistle for the liver, Nolvadex inn case of gyno, Clomids for anti -e post cycle and a brainfull of facts to keep me straight.

Life is good (I will even post some before and after photos),

Just wanted to say thanks for keeping me in the sport I love and helping me reach my goals.... I know its some soppy shit but aint nothing worse than being away from the gym and finding your shirts hanging off your arms like some regular guy!!!

LOL!!!!!
Sorry, forgot the conversion.
yeah its about 224 lbs or something like that (and its 14%bf) I am in shape but not ripped up.

A happy ENGLISH 224 lbs of back on track gym rat.

LOL!! :D

just for info the 3 is pounds. We do it in stones and pounds (16 stones 3 pounds), so I am 227.

and, Ikon, I wish 3.14 %bf....jeez

LOL!! :p

was just on sustanon 250 x 2 per week and Deca 400 perweek.
I think what screwed it up was just stopping dead in mid cycle with no anti-es on hand. I definitly needed some nolvadex during because I was getting painful nipples, but I had nothing and no clomids or anything for post cyle so my test levels must have fallen to nothing for weeks after the cycle finished.
there are some well thought of preventative shampoos available to help stop this happening but its too late now bro I have receeded quite a bit and am much thinner on top than I was.
Used to have really thick hair, now you can see through it if I am standing in the wrong light.
Shows you need to do your homework!! Apparantly it happens to some people and not to others but there is absolutly no baldness in my family so genetic predispostion is not the reason (despite what a lot of people say).
Theres nothing that can be done. Once its gone its gone, just shave it off and keep the attention on your Bis and off your head!!!LOL!! :p
