Wills Prep Log - First competition - Fouad Abiads Championships May 31st

Sup Fellas.

I've been dieting for the last 6 weeks to compete in a bodybuilding show for my first time. I figured I would start logging my progress here for anyone whos interested.

I've never worked with a coach yet but just paired up with an IFBB open pro yesterday to start working together so tomorrow will be day 1 of the new plan I receive.

My starting weight was 229lbs fasted in the morning. It is now 211lbs fasted as of this morning. Im going to compete in 4.5 weeks here in Canada at Fouad Abiads amateur show. There is a pro qualifier the next weekend from that too in Toronto that I think I should also do. Obviously I know Im no where near pro level but it will be cool to see how I am on stage next to those who are.

My posing is currently atrocious and I still have to learn it. These are still shots from a video I took this morning

Diet has been low carb high prot mod fat but have not tracked anything strictly. I spent a year eating as much food as I desired so simply restricing myself on carb intake has clearly already done a lot to shed off bodyfat, but we still have a lot more to go so Im excited to have a coach giving me a diet now that I can follow to a T

On rear biceps put your legs the same way you did the rear lat spread. Do not retract your scapula. You want to protract them. Start the posing from the legs then upwards.

Side Tricep back leg should be straight. Don’t bend over so much at the waist and the arm is too bent as well. Use the legs to push the hamstring down and balance on back leg

In quarter turn we should be able to see your serratus and obliques engaged like the ab and thigh

I know you loosely mentioned the food prior to starting with the coach but what's training and peds like before you got the coach on board?

I've been using peds off / on for years now. Never abusing though. This is my second time ever using Tren. Its only the second week of it too. Been hitting the weights for 11 yrs now!
 
214.3lbs. Its my third week now on PEDS. Was off completely for some time prior to this. Getting a cool effect because Im dialed in with my diet to a T but im gaining weight while visually losing bodyfat.

Weirdly enough my appetite is shot. Let my coach know as today is suppoed to be my first high carb day but I cant even finish my bowl of cream of rice lol.

Any insight appreciated!

What are you currently taking? I can't wait to see the photo 9 pose nailed.. The one hand on hip most muscular by far the best pose and you definitely have the physique to do it justice..

I'd also like to see your side tricep in the style of dorian Yates I think you'd look killer bro..

Thanks man! Next week gonna be coming with way better posing pictures.

Currently Im running these compounds. Started on April 14th. I picked these compounds and dosages myself so its not like Im sharing a protocol prescribed by my coach. He simply didnt see the need to change anything. Things are just starting to kick in, my look in the gym is very visually changed

500mg Test Cyp
500mg Primo
175-350mg Tren
500mg Mast
40 winstrol
 
is the suppressed appetite still an issue? would be very interesting if you've found some fix for it, especially with a carb up on the horizon (the night before the show)

It just began to come back this afternoon vigorously. I believe I may have just caught a bug.
I did a high carb day yesterday and had to force my meals down and had to force 30 pieces of sushi down at the end of the day. Woke up 1lb heavier and much more pop.
 
215.4lbs after refeed yesterday
