Sup Fellas.
I've been dieting for the last 6 weeks to compete in a bodybuilding show for my first time. I figured I would start logging my progress here for anyone whos interested.
I've never worked with a coach yet but just paired up with an IFBB open pro yesterday to start working together so tomorrow will be day 1 of the new plan I receive.
My starting weight was 229lbs fasted in the morning. It is now 211lbs fasted as of this morning. Im going to compete in 4.5 weeks here in Canada at Fouad Abiads amateur show. There is a pro qualifier the next weekend from that too in Toronto that I think I should also do. Obviously I know Im no where near pro level but it will be cool to see how I am on stage next to those who are.
My posing is currently atrocious and I still have to learn it. These are still shots from a video I took this morning
Diet has been low carb high prot mod fat but have not tracked anything strictly. I spent a year eating as much food as I desired so simply restricing myself on carb intake has clearly already done a lot to shed off bodyfat, but we still have a lot more to go so Im excited to have a coach giving me a diet now that I can follow to a T
