Age: 26
Height: 6'4''
Weight: 235 lbs.
BF Approx.: 11%

Goals: Strength gains are main priority.

Background: I play soccer for a University. The way I turned out I should have picked basketball or football. I didn't get this big until I started lifting when I got into college. Late development I guess. Regardless, my cardio and overall fitness is outstanding. But I should be able to lift more comparative to my size.

1st. cycle: Test-C, Dbol, Whinny

2nd cycle: In progress: *Deciding what is safe and what will be most effective.
I have converted my Fina. and that is ready to start
Test-C
Deca
Dostinex

Diet:

Morning: Cheerios with 1% milk, "ABB" protein shake mixed with "More Greens" and "Emergency". Black coffee.

Mid-morning: 2 "Nutragrain" bars, 2 packs of reduced fat peanut butter crackers, and one 3oz. can of tuna (in water).

Afternoon: Ham, turkey, and (skim milk) cheese sandwich on "9-grain" bread. Peanuts and soda.

Mid-afternoon: 2 "Nutragrain" bars, 2 packs of reduced fat peanut butter crackers, and protein shake.

Night: Steak or chicken with rice or pasta, assorted veggies.

Before sleep: 2 servings of prunes, banana, "Casein" protein shake.

Additional Supplements: 1000mg fish oil

Medications: Citalopram, Welbutren, Clonezapam.

Welcome in bro...good information. So you converted pellets with a kit and you're only on your

second cycle?!? I'm impressed, you are braver than I was...LOL! One question...have you looked

into the interaction between the Wellbutrin and any gear you plan on using?...my main concern

is that. Anyway....very glad to have you on board, ask questions, and share info...thats what it's

about here!!!!:D
 
drop the nutri bars (all sugar) and add something like pb sandis.what are your goals? all strength? if so eat eat eat low sugar and high protien.

Good call with the Wellbutrin. I looked into it and one of the main things to stay away from is "Prednisone" or "Corticosteroid". I have to do a little more research on these compounds as I am not familiar with them. The good thing is that the Doc. just prescribed this for ADD, so I have not started it yet. I appreciate the heads up!

Yes sir, strength is the most important. Although, more size will not hurt. I am pretty cut right now. When I was measured for a suit, my chest was 48''. Don't know biceps. No gut. I play college soccer so my legs....

So your suggestion is an even trade? 1 for 1 with regards to the switch from Nutri bars to PB sands? That would make 4 a day. I will try to cut the soda (loaded with sugar) but damn that is my only vice. I don't drink, smoke, party, eat junk food, etc...:)

2nd cycle, I wouldn't even consider HGH. They are faked quite often, and very expensive. I would

take a few years and learn all you can about AAS (cycles, pct, etc...) Then I would start to think

about opening that very expensive door! Just my thoughts...
