Wife wants maybe to try trt

I'd also have to agree about the pellets. I've heard some not great things about them. Dosing can get tricky. I know I definitely would not like the big surge of T when it's inserted then the taper down to nothing as it's wearing off. Also, with pellets you're just sort of stuck with what you've been given, with no option to adjust. Cream or injections are definitely going to be the way to go because you can start low and slow and work up to a good theraputic dose while watching what the labwork says. More ability to keep an eye on the sides you don't want and ease back if they start creeping up.

I dose 2x/wk even though my Endo said once a week, because I prefer a more steady state than rather than a big up and down each week. 2x/wk also keeps my acne a little more calm than when I was doing 1x/wk.

If you care about her, share the info above. Even if you don't, share it. Report back if you can. Would be instructive for folks to see.
Bloodwork on 20 mg ED.

She told me that she had some edema in her legs for like a week, I told her to do bloodwork and get her blood pressure checked.

Results are in French, Blood pressure was on average around 150/70, since creatinine and urea were elevated we assume dehydration, she does like to drink alcohol regularly, to which I have told her to stop, but you guys know how people are.

I told her to stop taking the anavar, waiting for input from you guys, maybe some kidney exams are in order

Itndoes look like an emphasis on hydration and retest are in order.
Her blood pressure is through the fucking roof even after stopping, 178/80, I’m not sure if white coat syndrome after she saw it yesterday, on top of it already being high, but I told her to go to the ER.

I have a hard time believing it’s the Anavars fault all by itself, I’ve been on almost 3 grams of gear before and the highest my blood pressure has been was around 150 something over 90, I have a hard time believing 20 mgs of oxandrolone, even if it’s a woman, would cause that.

I should have told her to check her BP throughout the course, I thought she had that taken care of since she’s a nurse and does bloodwork often, but apparently she never takes her blood pressure….

I’m pretty sure that there must be an underlying issue but we will see…

You made the right call with the ER. I agree it's not likely the anavar.
So something really fucking weird happened, she went to the ER and her blood pressure was still through the roof (190/100) they tested her, electrocardiogram, bloodwork, etc and the doctor cleared her with some amlodipine and sent her to her family doctor for further testing.

She got home late and the pharmacy was closed, so she got the meds in the morning, but she didn’t take them either because she was told by the pharmacist they could cause her dizziness and weakness for the first few hours, so she wanted to take them after work, she checked her blood pressure at work and it was 120/70……
