Wicked lower back pump on first blast

To me even test at 250mg does this. I'm nowhere near as flexible like when I was natural. I just accepted it. When I go trt levels then it's much better.
 
This is good shit. Thanks! Since I’m 8 weeks into this blast what would you suggest as far as continuing or transitioning to a cruise?

Any resources you can suggest I dig into regarding insulin sensitivity? My knowledge in this area is nonexistent.

I agree, I use to hangout around 15% to 18% and will never go back. I would get the debilitating lower back pumps frequently. Side effects are far less down below 12%, the game changes.

I reccomend berberine for insulin sensitivity/blood sugar, keeps me in check on high doses of HGH.

Also, low dose dnp does wonders for resetting insulin sensitivity. 125mg a day goes a long way alongside a diet and some cardio without much risk and borderline zero sides at that dose.
 
First blast after a year on trt. Currently running 500mgs test cup/week. I’m 210lbs, 6ft, ~20% body fat. I’m 8 weeks into the blast and am getting some pretty serious lower back pump. Almost debilitating. Only way I can get it to chill out is to lay down. This happens primarily on leg days but it can come on other days too just not as intense. Mostly seems to come when bending over to load and unload plates. Sometimes it hits when doing dishes. Is this normal? I’ve read taurine can help, been using 6 grams split twice a day for the last week with no decrease in lower back pump.

Any suggestions or insight would be appreciated.
Hey I’m getting bad lower back pumps all the times I been on gear I’ve never gotten lower back pumps it’s gotta be thst I wasn’t sure why my lower back hurt like this but even if I was doing dishes my lower back would hurt so bad and it goes away u til sonething starts it when I lay down or sit I get relief

I feel your pain! I started cutting but got sick shortly after. I’ll try and report back once I’m further into my cut and am able to get back to lifting.
 
I noticed back pump especially during episodes of fluid retention.
Also a lot on my first cycle was 500mg of testo (in two injections). I switched to a daily injection and had fewer side effects. Linked I think less rise of e2.

Another thing is sometimes an imbalance of strength between different muscle chains.
