I’ve been experimenting with Spirulina for a few years now and it has become a staple for my green cleanse smoothies.
I keep a spare blender full of my special blend in the fridge and try to drink about 12 oz a day.
I already consume a lot of fiber and these smoothies help balance things out. o_O Is there anyone else using this superfood??
I’ll list the recipe if anyone wants it.

Hemp protein powder
Spirulina powder
Frozen pineapple
Frozen watermelon
Water
It’s also high in protein and relatively low in sugar.

But it tastes godawful.
 
I use Amazing Grass super food. It taste like dirt but I manage.

I drink some greens mix from walmart. Tastes like shit but you get used to it. Kinda like eatin out ass.
 
I feel like a weirdo for just sticking to salads and drinking metamucil after dinner. I can't do the smoothies man... everyone's in a smoothie craze these days! I tried before with the magic bullet shit and one time I guess I didn't blend it up enough and got a chunk of something in there when I was just trying to gulp it down fast, and it made me puke... all the shit that came out of my nose scarred me for life lol I envy those who can just do it and move on
 
Now if I don't blend up a typical whey protein shake enough and get a chunk in there I get flashbacks :(
