Glow will help that out after a few weeksI cant possibly look worse on gh … can I? Geesh maynot be worth it if these crevices increase haha
I look worse on it. No matter what, whether its 2ui or up to 10ui (Opti, QSC, SSA) I get the same amount of water retention which is around 5lbs. My face gets bloaty and jaw line goes from being sharp to faded. Vascularity and muscle separation goes away. Those side effects or are the only reason why I'm even remotely interested in trying pharma.I cant possibly look worse on gh … can I? Geesh maynot be worth it if these crevices increase haha
Well shitake i thought it was supposed to give u the chiseled jaw line?I look worse on it. This was sort of the conclusion I came to. All the peptide gurus COULD market stuff like tesamorelin, etc., but couldn’t really push HGH. Seemed like a lot of promoting Rube Goldberg machines when the good old fashioned stuff was best.because the medical establishment has ways of making money on it and their marketing worked
Rube Goldberg machine is a great way to put it... taking a GHRH is like popping Fenugreek and Ashwaganda instead of just using testosterone. This was sort of the conclusion I came to. I could be wrong, but I think the chances of the body building an immune response to bioidentical GH (Serostim, etc) is similar to the chances of it doing so for exogenous testosterone. You want to cycle off HGH on occasion to avoid immunity issues. That's when these peptides can come in handy
It seems to do some interesting things. Especially the bit I've heard about taking it for extended periods can actually permanently upregulate your GH production even after you stop taking it.this thread has me wanting to ditch my HGH and try tesamorelin
like the entire space individual response matters and you'll usually fall into one of two campsWell shitake i thought it was supposed to give u the chiseled jaw line?

It's unlikely 2iu caused this. I let a fart a few hours after injecting 4iu. I'm pretty sure hgh causes gas and bloating. See how that doesn't work?I’m primarily taking 2 IU of HGH for its fat-loss benefits and was hoping it would also improve my sleep and recovery. So far, though, I just feel beat up, my arms feel puffy and tight, not in a good way, more like I’d struggle to put on a dress coat. My elbows feel like they’re on the verge of tendinitis, though they still function. I’ll probably finish this kit, but tesamorelin might be more up my alley as described ITT.
Well, it’s a heck of a coincidence then, could be overdosed, idk, going to get blood tests soon. Also, rapidly gained weight after starting HGH, even though calories stayed the same and I had already gained a shit ton of weight taking test and NPP.It's unlikely 2iu caused this. This only ever happened to me when I wasn’t drinking enough water and when I was doing higher dose. At 2.8iu my skin looks incredible compared to without it. When I step up to 4-6iu I notice what you’re describing.I went off HGH completely for 8 weeks now and people are saying i look completely different in the face and that i look 5 years younger. Shit ages you like crazy without you noticing.
From my experience people, and specifically how me and some of the ppl ik think about it.I've been wondering for a while why there are so many people using these growth hormone releasing peptides such as CJC+Ipamorelin, GHRP, Tesamorelin etc... over just injecting straight up HGH?
Back in the day when HGH was expensive as hell, people would resort to the peptides, but nowadays with chinese generic hgh being so cheap and available, i don't think it's the case anymore. But yet these peptides are still very popular.
Heck people even called them "poor mans HGH" back in the old days.
I asked ChatGPT about the benefits of growth hormone releasing peptides over HGH:
Bodybuilding is obviously not a healthy sport, and the more the better, so a lot exogenous HGH makes sense, but let's say you are on TRT and focus on health and longevity. Would these growth hormone releasing peptides be a better option?
- More natural secretion pattern:
GH is normally secreted in pulses, mostly at night. Peptides stimulate this natural pulsatile release. Injecting HGH often creates a flat, supraphysiological spike that doesn’t mimic normal physiology.- Lower risk of suppression:
Long-term exogenous HGH can suppress your body’s own GH production and may reduce pituitary function. Peptides usually maintain pituitary responsiveness, so your system is less likely to "shut down."- Potentially safer metabolic profile:
Exogenous HGH, especially in higher doses, can increase risks like insulin resistance, carpal tunnel, edema, and potentially accelerate growth of latent cancers. Peptides (at physiological doses) are thought to carry less of this risk because they don’t chronically oversaturate GH/IGF-1 pathways.
