Yeah Grizz It's a lot of new names around lately, and I must admit that since the change I have not been very active at all. I'm also off cycle right now and others things are more important at this time. I do have some very interesting observations to tell you guys about my last cycle and will post soon. Peace out.

Ran in to one of the fellows that trains Kimo at the gym the other day. He is getting ready for Cabbage. Should be an interesting fight. I have watched Kimo train at Gold's and I wont say that he trains heavy but he trains quite rapidly, very short rest between sets and a fairly decent amount of volume. I'd suspect that his strength endurance is pretty good and he looks pretty fit and trim. I'll be looking forward to that fight.....local thing and what not.....I hope Kimo wins.

Did I ever tell you guys that Jesse James of West Coast Chopper fame trains at Gold's HB from time to time.....cant say that he is noticed much, he looks like all the other tattooed, black-shirt-and-backwards-hat- wearing miscreants that seem to plaque the gym like cancer.....not much to look at either....I'd guess he's a buck seventy to a buck eighty best case. It befuddles me that people waste their money on 'West Coast Choppers' shirts and stickers as though it is a part of some kind of counter-culture......seems to me that unless you ponied up a hundred K for one of Jesse's custom sleds, you have no business wearing the shirt or flying his flag.....but people will nonetheless follow the footsteps of the trendies and posers before them.....always seeking to be, always seeking to blend with the herd. What I find most interesting is that those who attempt to be the epitome of non-conformist are typically the most conformist. Hah. Now there's a dichotomy of sorts.....anybody wear 'Independent' shirts and paste their stickers all over the back of their fabtech-lift-kitted chevy extra cab pickups???? There's another 'dare not to be different' as far as I am concerned.

Yeah, they've been making a huge deal about it. I haven't been keeping quite up on it, but as of a few weeks ago the word was that both Fedor and CroCop were done with Pride.

I was driving down the freeway the other day and there was this truckload of mexicans (look like gardeners) four guys in front seat of a pickup truck with a bunch of lawn mowers etc stuffed in the bed.. They had a big ass west coast choppers sticker in the back window the sticker had to be 16 or 18 inches tall.. i had to laugh, I've seen it all now..

Better yet how about all this Von Dutch apparel! I dig 50's style hot rods, always have long before the whole 50's trend came around a couple year ago.. You being in so-cal i bet you see these fools wearing it everywere, do they even know who he is? what he did, or what he was all about? i bet you 95 percent of these assclowns wearing his name have no idea..

I'll say this much though, altogether too often, people look at them and say 'G*ddamn wetbacks, go back to fucking mexico!!!!' but the reality is, when you have to remove that 40 year old oak tree from your back yard and you need some cheap day labor to get it done, you sure as hell arent going to pull up to the corner at home depot and get a whiteboy.....no sir, you're gonna look over the whole bunch of them and find a mexican with some muscles on him and you're gonna put him to work.....and thats the funny thing, that is what they want. Mind you, look who mows these days.......the mexicans, and now they are being forced to compete with pakis and vietnamese immigrants who will work for even less.....its funny, but its also sad in a way.

My old man, at one point, had 3 mexicans working for him....now mind you, they had social security numbers but you knew damn well and good that the numbers were bogus. Anyway, after 9/11, the government sent out a letter which in so many words said "you have 3 employees who appear to have fake social security numbers. Do not tell them that there is a problem, continue paying them and withdrawing taxes. We will get back to you at a later date". And they never did....why? Because it is free money.

Having a 0 generation latina girlfriend, I have learned quite a bit about how the mexican culture works, from smuggling wetbacks across the border and how much it costs, to how they buy legit soc# and birth certificates that are flawless, to how they pay taxes but do not file tax returns nor seek refunds because they do not want any attention. They simply want to work and make a life for themselves....which unfortunately, in this day and age, is more of an existence rather than a prosperous life.

So in short, while I too often chuckle when I see a pickup truck packed with 4 people in the front seat, brahma bull stickers on the door, and a 'Yo Love Michoacan' bumper sticker proudly displayed on the tailgate, I have a bit of admiration for them. Mind you, it is not the bracero/fruit picker/gardener/day laborer mexicans that destroy society, it is the second generation cholos that fuck things up.

The mexicans say that they took back California.....and I believe that they have. I expect the mexicans to continue to take larger and larger chunks of southern california...hell, there is rumor now that they are pushing the blacks out of compton and lynwood....and eventually, they will be pushing the asians out of westminster and garden grove. Its only a matter of time.

Now rather than to look at this in a negative light, one is better served to realize the opportunity. In example, look at how companies like Anheuser Busch and Walmart have gained a strong position in the mexican community. Mexicans shop at Walmart and drink red and white budweiser beer by the cases......it is a market. One of the account execs at my local TD Waterhouse brokerage deals exclusively with mexicans and has the biggest office, as well as countless achievement plaques on her wall.......again, its a market. I have yet to figure out how to capitalize on it myself but many others have.....door to door salesmen finding success in selling life insurance, auto insurance, legal clinic services to the mexicans......they tend to buy from people they think they can trust. Now one of these days, I'm going to figure out how to market deportation insurance to them and I'll be one rich fucker when its all said and done

You've got that right, my friend. I love Mexicans! I really do. The REAL Mexicans of which you speak. You are so correct in your assertion that the fresh off the boat beaners are great. It's their children, or maybe it's their children's children, that suck huevos grande.

Every time I fight in Mexico I want to stay forever. I swear the people there are really nice and the women really know how to make a guy feel special. Of course, that's probably a result of them seeing a rich, white man with the power of a green card in his pocket. If only they new my finances, hahahah.

I also maintain that there's something in America's water or something. When I first started fighting in Monterrey it was right in the middle of the "Latina craze" where everyone was riding their nuts talking about how much they love Latinas. I was like, what the fuck is wrong with you people. Those greasy haired, giant hoop earing wearing, silver teethed bitches are gross! Those are just American Mexicans. Walking around Monterrey I can't help but fall in love with every 3rd girl.

So, being there I changed my mind on the first trip. I was like, oh yeah, these girls are hot. And then we got back to Laredo, Texas and I was confused because again I saw fat, greasy haired, gold toothed, disgusting bitches. It's weird.
