Which compounds with high bloodpressure

We learned recently that you want to have a 40 pulse pressure (so 40 point differential)

That takes priority before keeping the score below 120/80.

110/70 will give you breathing room for drugs.

You might be able to get away with 130/90 but that's more of an expert route and proven to be normal operation for you specifically.

Reta/Tirz can progressively lower blood pressure.

Fish oil will lower it (blood thinning)

Statins will lower it (secondary effect, downstream effect from cardiac inflammation going down)

And then obviously all the strong meds like beta blockers and everything under that umbrella.

Improving conditioning will help, cardio will be more direct, zone 3 specifically will help with heart hypertrophy.

If you don't feel like cardio then you should be training weights like an athlete (and not like a bodybuilder) as your work capacity and systemic conditioning will improve from the low oxygen environment.

Hopefully that's enough to chew on.

I blame disinterested parents. Kids are handed a device at a very young age to hypnotize them and keep them from doing the annoying things that kids do (yell, scream, cry, act out, learn to socialize with other kids, etc.) because parents just don't have the emotional capacity to deal with it anymore. So the addiction starts before their brains even know what's happening.

Millennials were the first ones raised on these devices and now they have kids so this is the only form of parenting they know.

I hate to say it but the US should take a page out of Australia's book and ban kids under 16 from social media.
I think this is a big part. I’m a ‘elder millennial’, but my boys didn’t get phones until 8th gr and social media until 9th or 10th, depending on the kid. They’d already heard about steroids because it was so prevalent, but they also talked to me. My 3rd son said he planned on using steroids after he was 18, so I set him up doing 3x/wk training with a well respected ifbb pro. It wasn’t long before he said he’d be waiting until at least 25 before running test only. He’s got the ‘tism, but also common sense and logic. I have the sense enough to know kids don’t always listen to their parents and what harm reduction looks like irl.

The other part is parents need to be able to hear the dumb shit their kids want to do without freaking out. Most parents don’t want to be bothered and think their kids aren’t as dumb as kids are supposed to be.
dude i was just watching this thing on the news about a HS in baltimore with the average gpa is 0.13... Thats the AVERAGE bro literally they said you have to fail every class all 4 years except 2 which you have passed with a d-. Bro that is the future generation.
I saw a study recently saying this is the first generation not smarter than the previous. I didn’t confirm, but it feels true.
