Just tried a new whey protien powder by Ghost. It is really good. I also mixed the powder thick and poured it over steel cut oats and it was really tasty.

Really cool! I have lactose issues. I tried Ghost powder and everything was fine! So all good!

Every ghost flavor I've tried had been good. I like the nutter butter one.
