Nah if i had the money would definitely do similar, but i guess the -86 freezer is a bit expensive.I know this is a bit old, but for long term (anticipating 15+ years) I store mine vacuum sealed in 16mil mylar, with oxygen absorbers and desiccant packs. I keep them packaged in individual 10g increments for brewing a year of TRT each go.
I purchased a -86c freezer to store them in, set to -70c. Maybe a bit overkill, but from some research papers I've read, this seems to be the way academics store blood samples for long term preservation of hormones.
