This is an appt just for blood tests? Can't you just go elsewhere for em? Hell, most hospitals have a lab that the doc sends you to for that sort of thing. I see no reason to get charged the doc fee just so one of his/her techs can poke you with a needle.
As far as what you should expect to see....I would assume everything will be about a smidgeon lower than what you would see at the 5 week mark. What exactly is a smidgeon? A hair less than a scoche.

Seriously, it'll be really damn hard to say. Yes they'll be lower but how much lower can vary from person to person. 5 weeks is used because that's sufficient time to get the best "normalization" from the half-life. Any longer than that and you have reached the point of diminishing returns. Less than that and there's still a bit of unnecessary fluctuation. BUT, I think you should at least glean some knowledge from this as to how the cyp is affecting your levels.
