Well i tried to make another appointment for my endo on friday because i have only been on shots for 3 weeks........... but they didn;t have another appointment till april and that is too long to wait ......endos here are so dam booked........... how much of a difference am i going to see from this blood test compared to waiting 5 weeks........... what differences in test (free/total) should i expect .... and will any other hormones be effected also......

This is an appt just for blood tests? Can't you just go elsewhere for em? Hell, most hospitals have a lab that the doc sends you to for that sort of thing. I see no reason to get charged the doc fee just so one of his/her techs can poke you with a needle.

As far as what you should expect to see....I would assume everything will be about a smidgeon lower than what you would see at the 5 week mark. What exactly is a smidgeon? A hair less than a scoche. :D Seriously, it'll be really damn hard to say. Yes they'll be lower but how much lower can vary from person to person. 5 weeks is used because that's sufficient time to get the best "normalization" from the half-life. Any longer than that and you have reached the point of diminishing returns. Less than that and there's still a bit of unnecessary fluctuation. BUT, I think you should at least glean some knowledge from this as to how the cyp is affecting your levels.
