Mate, if nothing’s changed but your sweat levels, that gear might be more oil than legit gym juicy goodness. Could be underdosed, bunk, or just plain disappointment in a vial.
If you’re on Enth, give it a few weeks — but even then, by week 4 or 5, you should be getting at least something: aggression, strength, dreams involving obscure 80s action stars, something. If it’s just post-meal sweats, either your tren’s bunk or your body’s just not picking up what it’s putting down.
Might be worth trying Tren Ace instead — hits quicker, easier to gauge if it’s real, and if it turns out to be another dud, at least you haven’t wasted half a cycle waiting around like a mug.
