wheat gluten base cereals any good?

What do you guys think of those low carb cereals? I'm looking at Total Protien by General Mills. Its made out of a lot of wheat gluten, is that stuff any good? Sounds like just a low quality protien, but if its going to help with my cereal cravings, then it might be worth it. Its 2.5 fat/8carbs/14pro per serving. Anyone tired this stuff?
 
Total Protein is good stuff. I've been eating it for a couple of months now. It's a great way to get extra protein in.
 
wow good news then, thanks guys. I binge out a lot when I'm cutting, and most of the time its on cereals. Cheating once a week is fine, but i tend to over do it. If I can just get full on this gluten cereal instead, I might have just found a way to stay a few % leaner year around. I better stack up on it. =)
 
Try protein pasta as well. It's gluten based and has tons of fiber. A couple of bowls and I can't eat for hours.
