Mesomorph makes me crash like a motherfucker. Anything with DMAA does. I use ESP by Metabolic Nutrition. Never crashed once and you can't say no to 500mg caffeine/ serving for less than $40. Watermelon is my preferred flavor.
Make my own, and what you consume intra workout is way more important than a pre. Don't you guys find the gear gives you enough drive?
Get my stuff for intra, from a site that lets you buy individual ingredients instead of buying a high priced factory made pre/intra with a bunch of shit you don't need.
Currently my intra consists of hydrolized casein, highly cyclic dextrin, BCAA's... A concoction recommended by Meadows.
Sounds like you can save tons of money that way. I've only been using the pre since my cycle ended and I used some before I started it. Mind me asking where you purchase? This isn't the underground so it's fair game.![]()

Pre-workouts are shit, trash, snake oil. I eat carbs, dbol, and pop caffeine pills... what is pre-workout anyways besides caffeine and some other hokus-pokus? If someone really needed that extra edge they should pop adderal, but personally I need to save my appetite for my bulk so speed is a NoNo, DBOL is the GoGo.
I've never tried a "preworkout" supplement in my life! I'm open to the idea of trying one someday but it's not a priority, I think because I started working out before the pre-workout supplement craze began so I never felt the need to start, it's like finding a solution for a problem I've never had. Not sure if I'm missing much? Do you guys find your workouts are much different whether or not you take a preworkout supplement?
