What's your pre/post workout meal?

What's everybody eating to fuel their workouts than replenish afterwards? Right now I'm keto so I'm eating 90g of crunchy peanut butter before workout for energy 48g fat 24g protein post workout I'm having 1 cup almond milk 1/2 cup egg whites and musclepharm combat protein 1 scoop works out to being 50g protein. It's working for my cut so far but gonna switch back to a IIFYM traditional style cut so want to see what everyone's doing.
 
I usually do a shake or protein bar pre then bcaa's n a pwo then a shake with almond milk,whey and casein post. Pretty boring but works.
 
Pre workout during the week I usually have extra of whatever I had for lunch that day or get some burgers and fries. Post workout is dinner as I lift from around 7:30 or 8 until 10ish.

Weekends I have eggs and oatmeal and cereal for bfast, a couple peanut butter and jelly and banana sandwiches then hit the gym. Post workout is usually a shake I make with whole milk, whey, apple, banana, oats or cereal, peanut butter and cinnamon. I'll also often get some 5Guys or a burrito or just not eat until I see the girl and we make dinner.
 
Just FYI the combat doesn't meet label claims. I used it all the time until I found that out. It's spiked.

My preworkout meal is 2 pop tarts, a bowl of oatmeal and a shake. Post is just whatever I'm having for breakfast. I work out pretty early
 
I used to do mp's combat powder but switched to syntha6 or ON. Combat powder had a bad sweetener taste and left me hungry almost instantly.
