What's everybody eating to fuel their workouts than replenish afterwards? Right now I'm keto so I'm eating 90g of crunchy peanut butter before workout for energy 48g fat 24g protein post workout I'm having 1 cup almond milk 1/2 cup egg whites and musclepharm combat protein 1 scoop works out to being 50g protein. It's working for my cut so far but gonna switch back to a IIFYM traditional style cut so want to see what everyone's doing.
