Whats your opinion about NA-931 (Bioglutide)

Seems like the next gen after Reta. However i would like to read some studys meaning a primary source about it but i cant really find anything.

Would be great if somebody could share?

Obviously im interested in the igf-1 effects as nowhere is really explained what exactly the effects are suppose to be

If it was so good it wouldn’t need to be paired with Tirzepatide in clinical trials.

Biomed’s website looks like it was made during the dotcom bubble era yet is also filled with AI videos. And yet somehow they are on the cutting edge of multiple diseases and conditions.

Looks like an investor scam to me, maybe hoping they will be bought out.

They also claimed their MICROS infusion system is FDA approved, but I can find no evidence anywhere of this. Their website is the only thing that mentions it.
In the best case, it’s probably just average

EXACTLY my thoughts. Looks so unprofessional

The clinical trials use Tirzepatide as comparison arm: they try Bioglutide alone in one arm, Tirzepatide + bioglutide in another, and placebo in the third.

This is actually a good thing since it gives more data and a comparison point.

Sure, but that’s the least alarming of the statements made

Personally, the fact that it is oral is less attractive for me. I love how the regular GLPs are just weekly pins.

Also, the IGF-1 aspect likely won't matter for us since we run growth anyways. probably would only benefit the normies who don't even workout and get 'ozempic butt' from the atrophy.

its an oral peptide = its shit (outside maybe BPC157 for gut inflammation purposes only)

Benefits are meant to be that the added IGF1 aspect will reduce muscle loss from the reta, but reta's three pathways already makes the weight loss heavily heavily favor fat, not muscle tissue. To lose muscle on reta you'd have to be extremely hypocaloric and an extreme couch potato - which i suppose will be some people on reta. But to think that making the compound oral, and adding IGF-1 to that equation is going to help much is a pipe dream.

IMHO

As an IGF-1 Agonist, I wonder if it will bind IGF-1 to inhibit growth at all, muscular and fat - essentially taking Igf-1 regardless of growth levels. Perhaps this would prevent conversion of GH->IGF1 or even worse at daily usage, just constantly rendered IGF-1 useless.

Am I way off-base here?

Reta during bulk works insanely well. I am afraid with IGF-1 activation like this during bulks, may not work so well.

Assuming Bioglutide was a real compound:
IGF-1 receptor Agonism means it will produce IGF-1 like effect, so technically it should not inhibit muscle or fat growth but rather, promotes it. The IGF-1 receptor agonists that exist out there are usually IGF-1 analogues themselves like Recombinant human IGF (Increlex), or Synthetic versions like IGF-LR3.
GH will not be much of factor except perhaps the pathway by which natural GH stimulates the liver to produce IGF-1 may be suppressed.
IGF-R agonism is probably something not to be hyped too much before longer term studies, as IGF (or to be more specific, IGF-1R signaling) plays a significant role in tumor growth
