Rice or potatoes? I know there's more but I figured these were the 2 most common besides oats or bread and stuff like that.
Just curious to see which one is more popular among our community and why did you choose what you did
 
Brown rice, basmati rice, sweet potatoes. I like chickpeas and lentils too, nice balanced carbs with protein. Red skin potatoes too, cause they're good. Lot of oats too, but dry in shakes, don't like them cooked unless I kill them with sugary shit.

Which doesn't answer your question. I work with food, and cook well, so I tend not to like being bored.

But if I had to pick, rice is way more versatile. I can slam down more of it than potato too, which is a big plus.
 
I'm a sweet potato kinda guy. It's the only carb that I eat and I can literally feel my body temp raise. If I'm in the comfort of my own home I have to start shedding layers of clothes when I eat them

Just add more options to the poll.

I like potatoes and pasta. I react well to potatoes but endless peeling is too much.
I eat the peal as well. Is that bad for ya? An im not being a smart ass bro, just wondering. Guess I could research it but its deff not at the top of the list of my things to research lol. I boil my potatoes am eat them as is.

The peel is the good part. Literally all the nutrients other than starchy carbs. Eat that shit, peeling is for those who just can't.
