Creatine also has some sort of affect on Var, basically makes it more effective. It has brain benefits as well. I should probably do the same, man. I’d hate to know how much cash I’m blowing on supplements I don’t need.I don't supplement with anything really, only if I got it free. I used to spend tons every month, but now I feel much better just eating a healthy diet.
