What's your go-to source for supplements? (protein, creatine, etc.)

Seems like a lot of sources don't respect the labels and lab-tests usually expose them having less than what's displayed on the label.
What's your go-to source?

I usually just use my protein bro, I know it’s pretty bottom of the barrel but It’s cheap and gets the job done, not like creatine is gonna make a huge difference when you’re on tren anyway haha

Basically all you need is protein. You could say creatine and its also fine, but you can go without it. Personally I'm progressing great with whey protein, micellar casein and some vitamins + pre-workout on lazy days.

Don't waste your money on gainers (eat quality food instead like rice and pasta for carbs) or BCAA (they are usually included in your protein shakes these days. Same with "fat burners" and "testosterone boosters". Its all advertisement and actually gives you no noticeable benefits.

I'm located in Germany so i tend to use german sources.
base supplement i use is Alpha Men from Myprotein.
ZEC+ for Supplements & pump booster, NP Nutrition for their Heart Support Stack.
ZEC+, Bodybuilding depot, ALDI Sport for WHEY. ESN for their clear ISOLAT

you must be out of your mind if you take creatine. that shit makes me shed more hair than tren and makes my face look like a chipmunk

All the legal stuff is useless, whey is useless aswell. Rather get a steak

if you're vulnerable to hair loss doesn't mean we all are, for the face i am not noticing it
"whey is useless aswell" bruh, its protein, if u need fast protein you buy whey, you don't cook a steak in 30 seconds and some of us are maybe working a real job

You are starting to be a bit extreme. Not everyone is the same, creatine treats me well for example. Nice muscle fullness and a bit of extra strenght.

Omega 3 5gr ed,multivitamins and minerals,tudca,bergemont,eaa,gluster carbs,saw palmeto,galrlic,cinamon,ginger,grapephruir

I'm using a well-known chain here which usually has good prices. I don't have much money to spare on supps, so my go-to is mostly protein, a multivitamin and omega-3, along with a big dose of vitamin D for my deficiency.

I used to work in a lab where I performed analyses on various WPC and WPI products using the HPLC method. The majority of these items actually deceive their consumers. My educated advice is to buy WPC or WPI that are naturally flavored or have as few added ingredients as possible if you want to obtain the best WPC or WPI.
The amount of protein in WPC with natural flavors and no additives is actually the same as or higher than that in WPI with added ingredients. A product is more likely to be spiked with something the more ingredients it has.
Avoid purchasing protein supplements with "extra amino acids" or, specially, "creatine" added.

Idk creatine is creatine doesn’t really matter what brand as long as it’s monohydrate. If you’re using whey tho it does matter on what you get. Some herbal supplements help but not much like ashwagandha. When I take ashwagandha my dreams are wild and I’m not as stressed out as much. seems to be the only herbal supplement that actually does anything from what I’ve taken. Ecdysterone and other psytosteroids are questionable I’ve taken it didn’t notice that much but there is studies that claim it speeds up protein synthesis

I use Amazon (money sink), bulk supps and iherb. I have a pretty long list of mostly shit I take that’s most likely a waste….but key supplements are psyllium husk, vitamin d, fish oil, and ZMA

I don't supplement with anything really, only if I got it free. I used to spend tons every month, but now I feel much better just eating a healthy diet.
Have lots of creatine back in my garage, that's probably it.
Some basic multi I guess.

I should probably do the same, man. I’d hate to know how much cash I’m blowing on supplements I don’t need.

Protein powder (ON from Costco when on-sale).
Protein Isolate from Amazon on occasion... (Now Sports brand).
Creatine M (Amazon).
EAA's from Amazon, but have been using Bulk Supplements and mixing with maltodextrin (Amazon) & using as an intra-wo drink.
It tastes f'ing horrible but I'm cheap & try to make it taste better with various water flavoring

I get whey protein from some random cheese producing company as they don't need the leftover whey. It costs me about 12 dollars per kilo (2.2lbs) but it's unflavored so it tastes pretty bad.
