What do you choose to eat for a quick and beneficial snack, when short on time? I work long shifts and graveyards, so I get hungry at 3am. Suggestions when on a cut ? Thxs

jerky, dehydrated veggies...it's worth the investment to get a dehydrator with multi trays but you can do it very well in the oven.
Granola bars or oatmeal cookies

Almonds. These actually almost have the same exact nutritional value as plain almonds. Theres no chocolate, they are just roasted with coco beans
More almonds but in butter. Once I get my oat meal hot i put some of this to melt in it. Yum
I know bars get a bad rap and they should but let me introduce you to a real all natural bar. Im gonna try to make these one day

The peanut butter ones are the best and if you add snicker doodle almond butter to them then it takes it to a whole new level. Anyway i keep all this stuff stocked at all times

Oatmeal mixed with natural peanut butter and fat free cottage cheese. Throw in a little stevia. The macros are great, one serving of fat free cottage cheese is around 80 calories with 15g of protein.

What can I say? I like SnickerDoodle. Lol. I like all this companies product s so far though. I just wish they didn't come in such containers.
