In the 2000’s my favorite was Eric Broser’s Power/ Rep range/ Shock but in Kris Gethin’s DTP (not the 50/40/30/20/10 scheme but the 25/20/15/10/5 scheme) had me looking my best. Muscles felt fuller and rounder.
