Vodka club soda and lime or whiskey on the rocks is avoiding soft drinks and if you want to totally avoid alcohol you find a bartender and tell him you are a recovering alcoholic and anytime you order a vodka soda for him to just pour you a glass of sparkling water. This is what my friend does as he's gone through AA and has had great success with this
Yup alcohol is one of the hardest things for most of us to quit. it is everywhere. only way I can avoid it is to not go out. No more drinking till summer for me.
if I have one I'll have 13.
If I go out to dinner, Diet Coke
Up here in Canada we have a light beer called Molson 67!! It has no sugar and only 67 calories per beer!! That's my drink of choice
I said milk. I havent had a drink since June, and I still go out and have a great time.
I'll go with water and lemon slides, I will avoid troubles and getting laid with "so so" girls..
I go to sleep every night dreaming a world where you can get protein shakes and other refreshing drink with no alcohol/sugar.
Irish whiskey..
Always ends badly lol
Beer beer beer but only when not cycling
Yeah as others said normally a vodka, soda and lime, but I do love me some sake and red wine, all in moderation of course or the night might not end so well haha
Although when I'm grilling I'll normally drink a beer, I'm all about a good stout.
I drink coke and bourbon. It tastes the best and I'll take any calories I can get to gain even a pound of weight.
GHB works for me ,)
If you want to avoid the alcohol it's really a matter of willpower. You could easily drink water, soda water, etc if you don't want to drink ,but it requires the mental strength to limit yourself. I can now go for long periods without a drink , and even longer without actually getting drunk. I can have one or even a couple drinks and stop. I always remind myself that it's not worth it to drink to much and have a shitty workout tomorrow or worse have to take the day off. I partied hard for years and I'm over it anyway. Of course it's nice to let loose once in a while but it's definitely not a habit of mine any more. I would say if you know you can't control yourself when you go out, stay home.
Scotch, straight
Gin and tonic ftw!
I think you're my brother from another mother, pickle juice and Jack is the shit. Pretty much same story for me all the way to the drunk tank. Once met a cool cop that actually dropped me off at home, so my wife told me.
