Hey everyone, thanks for having me here.
I’m a 49-year-old lifter who trains aggressively 5-6 days a week. I’m currently sitting at around 205 lbs, and my goal over the next phase is to drop about 10 lbs of fat while continuing to build strength, size, and maintain a lean 190-ish look. I treat my training seriously, and I’m always working to understand how to optimize performance, recovery, and overall body composition.
I’m also very interested in the science side — peptides, hormones, endurance enhancers, recomposition strategies, and intelligent stacking. I like learning, comparing, and understanding how different compounds interact with training and nutrition.
Right now I’m in a pretty dialed-in routine, but I’m always open to learning from guys who have been in the trenches longer than I have. I’m here to share, ask questions, and contribute where I can. Looking forward to connecting with like-minded lifters who push hard and think smart.
