Whats the ideal weight for a 5ft 6 male?

What would be the ideal weight for a 5 ft 6 male to look lean and muscular in your opinion?

There isn’t one, but elite bodybuilders at that height usually compete at 212.

If you’re asking for yourself, who knows. Just train hard and try and get bigger. Everyone’s different

Around 147 lbs is the weight of an average guy of that height (5 ft 6) that is not fat or thin and does not train (or trains a bit and is natural), then if you are 23 lbs over that (170 lbs) I would say you are already more muscular than the photo you posted, and 45 more (192 lbs) you look like a good bodybuilder, of course with more you start looking better and better...All these understanding that with 170 and/or 195 lbs you carry low body fat.
