When im lookin for a good healthy source of fat, i always look on the label and see many different kinds of fats....Polyunsaturated, monunsaturated, saturated, etc., etc......Now i know saturated fats are bad for you but what else??? Are the other fats bad also or are they healthier??? Thanks...

flaxseed and olive oil are very good sources of good fat. keep the sat. fats low. the others are fine...........11

Nuts, seeds, fish oil, flaxseed, olive oil, olives, avacodoes, hemp oil, etc are all good fats, but remember saturated fats are needed as well, just keep them fairly low.
Poly and mono are good, omega-3's are excellent.

Coconut oil is a good saturated fat-- ever eat Bugles before-- that's why they taste how they do (but I don't suggest eating them to get this fat). I say any fat from a natural source is alright in moderation--although, I put down natty p.b. like it is nothing.
