Hello im looking to start a 500mg test e cycle for 20 weeks. I would like to hear from everyone elses experience.

Copy pasting my old comment, :

The novice 500 mg test only cycle is stupid, Your 1st Cycle should be about learning the Ropes with Safety to output ratio Maxxed.

I know the novices want their shit simple as per the KISS thing, but atleast they should be aware about:

Do you know you reduce your PCT/recovery baseline time to around 6-7 weeks by switching to Test Prop and pinning it daily?

Different esters have different Testosterone base content

Prop- 84%
En -72%
cyp- 70%

so you get 20% more T exposure on Prop compared to En/Cyp ester, that is SIGNIFICANT over 12-20 weeks cycle.

weekly basis = 400 mg of Prop ~ 500 of En/Cyp

You will Likely be only learning what you can and cant get out of your 1st cycle, Do 300-350 mg weekly max.

The Number 1 Mistake done that wastes 1st cycles if NOT Dialing in Your Diet, Sleep and training.

- Don’t use anything except Test and an AI if needed
- You’re probably too fat to make the most out of your cycle
- Don‘t PCT if you plan to do more blasts in the near future

im on reta so i will probably be in the 15% bf range when im ready to blast.
why the last part?

So you're gonna go from chunky to fat on your first cycle then PCT off? Waste of time, health and drugs. 10% and accept this as a lifestyle or stay natty. You are just setting yourself up for disappointment.

Too fat to start blasting. I know you won’t listen to people here and you think you know it all, I wasn’t any different as a beginner. But if you have at least one single working brain cell then give it a second thought.
i can understand, This isnt even where i plan to stop on weight loss. I want to reach 10%

no abs = skinny fat. deal with it.
yeah i thought so, even tho i went from 160 to 152lbs i still think i have 10lbs of fat i can loose to reach a good base. Im starting to train abs because i believe i dont even have them developed for them to show at low body fat

abs are made in the kitchen. you don't need to train them for them to show. You need to lose the fat. Don't delude yourself.

you are 152 at that bf%??? you will likely be 125lbs lean. not viable to get truly lean enough to start using AAS at that little lean mass. train for a few years before starting test, goddamnit.

Genuinely get your newbie gains, they will be a night and day difference.
I do not even know where you could pin more than .25-.5mls in one go. thats how little muscle mass you have.

Get your nutrition right, Get your training right, get your sleep right, and stick with it for 2-3 years. until then, gtfoh

lol what if I told u ive been training for 3 years on and off. my newbie gains are long gone

Some combination of your training, recovery, and diet are bad. Probably all three. Drugs don't fix this.
recovery most likely, i was used to sleeping at 2-3 am and waking up at 11am. i only started taking everything more seriously like 3 months ago. training eating and recovery
