I am going down to to Mexico soon TJ. I am thinking about buying some sustenon and smuggleing it back with me. I know this is probably a stupid question but..... Is there a certain amount that would be legal? or is any amount illegal?

The FDA allows certain amounts of prescription medicines (short-term personal supply) to legally be shipped to or brought into the U.S. by consumers. This is mostly for people who cannot afford to get their medicine domestically. However, steroids are a schedule III drug, so the imporation is controlled by the DEA, not the FDA.

So, in other words, NO. Any amount of Sust or other steroid would be legal to bring back. Think of it as going to Mexico and buying some Heroin, then bringing it back across the border. Exact same principle...the BP would certainly have a good laugh when you tell them it's "just for personal use."

So does that mean I could buy other drugs for personal use without a prescription and legaly bring them back. I am talking about Viagra etc.

It's much easier to buy liquid viagra online for "research purposes." IMO, works better than the pills cuz it's easier to dose. But to answer your question with a general response, if it's not a controlled substance, you shouldn't have too much of a problem.

My girlfriend tells me all of the time. All you have to do is go there to TJ, find a doctor who will write you a prescription for it, fill it there, and you don't even have to conceal it to bring it back. Just keep the prescription proof.
