Ok so, I know I'm not a huge guy. Genetics and God won't allow me to look like Jay Cutler. Lol So this is what I am working with.
How much bf%/water do you think I am holding?
Any advice to keep my muscle and lose this body fat/water. Or just keep doing what I am doing?
5'4 175lbs. I was 179 like 3 weeks ago.
I eat my meals daily and train hard. No cardio.

I do have t3 and eca, but have not started taking it yet.

On 2680 cal, 202g protein, 88g fats, 263g of carbs.

Currently on week 5 on my cycle. 500 test e, 500 tren e, 600 mast e, 4iu hgh(2iu am and 2iu pm).

Im no pro my friend. You have no love handles so you are under 15%bf. If all 8 of your abbs were visible you would be under 10%. My phone is less than ordinary so i will go with the blurr i see. No striations in your chest. But there is some seperation in your back. Im going with 11 or 12% but that is just a guess. The perfect range for training and making muscle progression is between 10 and 15%. That is if you ignor bulking where guys dont look like a bodybuilder just a fat turd. Im thinking you are right where you should be. Great body for the beach or picking up the chicks. You need to reduce by 5% to get into show prep. But im guessing beach body is where you want to be. Good growth cycle you are on. I hold water bad on tren at 200mg a week. Id be a wet sponge on 500. And again if it were me i would push up the test to two shots of 400 to make 800 total. The tren and mast are 1100 total. I try to keep my test in line with my others. But 1100 test sounds rediculious. So taking in consideration the water from test and tren im guessing 12% bf and when you come off cycle and do a pct the seperation and fullness will blow your mind. All the water will go.

I think you're doing great so far and will look even better once you incorporate LISS cardio; and then, when you hit a plateau, add the t3 and ECA. I've recently learned to take fat loss very slowly; so gradually make adjustments as you stop improving. I'm a big believer in lowering calories gradually in phases, and also taking diet breaks.
