Regardless of when you told her, her close friends already know. So you don't have to worry about her telling people. They already know. Now should you worry about this? HELL NO. Just live your life like nothing happened, and dont stress about it at all.

Move stash to another location. If that's not possible explore options depending where you live. ALWAYS have 2-3 OPENED and semi used vials in case po-po come knocking. Yeah I use steroids. No one bats an eye for 3 vials.
