What OTC supplements do you take?

Currently taking berberine, curcumin, fish oil, DHEA and NAC.

I've heard several people recommend nattokinase... is it worth it for stroke/ heart attack reduction? I have no family history of strokes or anything but interested to know if others take it
 
for general health:
multi vitamin, d3

for cardiovascular health besides cardio:
omega3 and beetroot extract / potassium citrate on demand (also low dose telmisartan), they say coq10 is good too but i dont use

for fun with ladies:
cialis, experimenting with doses from 10 and smaller mg, also lethicin for bigger load

for insomnia/anxiety when needed:
theanine
 
B-complex injections
