What makes you run away from a source?

Hi everyone, I realize I'm likely walking on thin ice with this question, so please keep your sources to yourselves on this one. I'm NOT asking for a source. I'll figure that out when the time comes, but...

What makes you run away from a potential source? I'm new to this game and would like to not get fleeced if possible. What are the red flags? What gives you confidence to test new waters? Payment types, emails, location, etc. I've never used bitcoin but took screenshots of some posts referring to this and exodus. If this is your preferred payment method it would be helpful to know. Thanks for your advice!

Moderators, delete this if I'm out of bounds. Not trying to piss anyone off on day 1.

Back to OP, for n00bz: read the most recent few pages of a source you'd like to try. Look for red flags like customer complaints, unresolved issues, etc.

Good if source is active and responsive.

But everyone's got to start somewhere. I don't reject sources simply for being new.

Idk something like Juice, Muscle, Daddy, Pharma in the name and I just pass. I stick to like 3 sources and have 0 reason to try anything else. Also bad reviews. If there’s a lot of bad reviews it’s for a reason.

Yeah this also I agree with although it’s not necessarily due to shitty product I just think it’s more likely that it’s shady n not legit when they do shit all coloured n with dumb names that allude to AAS (n I say this as one of em ppl that goes nuts for coloured products usually n drinks mad juices with fruity fkin labels ahah, if AAS were legal then I’d be doin that too, either that or I love the pharma labels too, but I’m not so dumb to be judging shit by how nice the label looks in this game as many of the best sources here n in general have the most boring labels).

Either way it’s not that hard OP just read the recent reviews (everyone fks up at some point but you can tell if they are quality by how they handle it, but I say recent reviews more due to it givin you an idea of whether it’s still around, still legit n if people got scammed like yesterday right after you checked if it was good to go (hasn’t happened to me yet but I’d be checking their thread every single day before n after an order just in case).

Also if I haven’t already mentioned it: if the source gives store credit for bloodwork or independent testing then that’s a huge green flag, it’s easy to send stuff to get tested n then post em results online but then sell mid or shit gear cos what you sent was some whole other shipment or your own pharma TRT :P )

Probably gets it from a compounded pharmacy is my assumption?

Compounded pharmacies seem to be the new loophole to legal RX. All these TRT clinics using them now
Yes, this source was a compounding pharmacy. Some seem way less transparent than ugl. And this particular one is a 503B outsourcing facility. Unacceptable.

And just to clarify, they aren't a loophole. They are legal sources to anabolics in the FDA orange book (with valid Rx of course).

Legally obtainable anabolics in US on paper (theoretically):.

So basically it's a UGL that's above ground, pays an annual fee to the FDA, only has to pass a yearly inspection, and probably pays some doctors to sign-off on things

Definitely sounds like a loophole. But I agree, I'm sure some are better than others

I didn't mean loophole as in illegal, I just meant is as they're basically legally authorized steroid dealers, with doctors that write lose prescriptions. Heard of some TRT clinics even writing prescriptions for anavar and deca through compounding pharmacies

Oh okay. I see what you are referring to with the loophole comment

They would also be getting USP grade APIs with certificate of analysis showing the raw was tested based on USP standard for that particular compound. How much that is actually happening is a great question.

Absolutely. nandrolone, oxandrolone, stanzolol are all available with Rx and proper indication.

Glad oxandrolone still being sold even with the FDA ruling last year. Unclear how long that will last.

Pharmacy grade raws do sound appealing, not going to lie

Sources that pop up on fb definate no from me. I know we get used to quick ta times but if the customer service gets weird and they stop responding in the same time it's usually been a bad sign in my experiences. I haven't had good luck with fancy labeled vials that have scratch off codes to verify authenticity either so I usually steer clear. I hate to say it but I've had ampoules of straight oil as well. There is another source board I won't mention but if I find a source is affiliated with it its a turn off like when your new girlfriend mentions her last boyfriend from a month ago after claiming being single for a year lol.
