No fast food. More like malteodextrin protein shakes milkI have been trying to eat clean so i understand the fast food thing... i tried recently to eat fast food and since i have been eating clean for so long it doesnt agree with me like it used to...... but im good with like 3500 cals, 100g carbs, 250g protein and 80g fat. It seems to work pretty good for me for bulking, its just leaning out is the hard part for me.
