What ive consumed today

1 pair of scales from argos.

4 cans of tuna in oil
2 large cans of mackrel steaks in tomato source
1 am serial bar

someone who made me a fuckin ridicuolous amount of mash with pork sausages, leaks and fried onions in gravy

sat on my ass all day in my office
2 rounds of peanut butter sandwiches
chicken tika salad muffin
shit load of water.

and a f***in big hole in my pocket, but ive gotta spend if im serious

should i see a result in around 2 weeks time, well i aint sure but will keep posted

It seems to be the healthier the foods are you eat, i am able to consume a hell of a lot more a day.
 
sounds good andy. looks like you're on your way. now keep tabs on yourself. if you start to put on too much fat, which i doubt, just go easier on the fat. get the workouts going and you'll be 15lbs by the summer, maybe even earlier as bob said. keep us posted.
 
dont focus too much on short term weight gain. Too many variations. To answer your question, yes you should notice some weight gain and changes after 2 weeks but nothing huge. Two months and you should expect a major difference

I hear you thick. once i start to see results, i wont be able to stop myself.
