What is your opinion on Vigorous Steve?

Peptide code pusher not unique or genuine. I much prefer content from big Paul anabolic bodybuilding and John Jewett j3 university for anything gear, training, nutrition. My bullshit meter can only tolerate little doses of Dave Palumbo, vigorous Steve, and unfortunately now also think bodybuilding going the peptide code route.
It feels like Big Paul is more and more just pushing what ever the flavor of the month is and has basically ripped off everything from Justin Harris. He's also become more arrogant especially since his 'pro card'.

He has some good info. However mixed in with that good info is a lot of over-complex unproven theory type stuff. Real quick example, promoting Mirabegron as a muscle builder because it activates the beta-3 receptors in theory. However human beings unlike some animals don't have enough of these receptors to generate much anabolic response. Same reason clenbuterol doesn't work well building muscle in humans but animals it does very well.

All the over complex analysis are fun and interesting, but not of much use in actual real world scenarios.

Plus he ratted on the liver king. Now while you may not like the liver king and I agree, that is a shit thing to do. You keep your clients confidential as a coach no matter what. To do that is very, very unethical regardless of the circumstances. I am sure there are many coaches out there that have famous clients taking anabolics, much much more famous than the liver king that they would love nothing more than to spill the beans for views but they don't for ethical and legal reasons.

Then just another tidbit, we got the good old "any gear but human grade is shit" type stuff.

Yeah, "Big Paul" is basically the Temu knockoff of Justin Harris. Dude’s been a lifelong perma bulker who only got in shape thanks to Justi. Now suddenly he’s an industry expert. Give me a break lmao.

I also like Dr. George Touliatos who's Euro and is a very jacked doctor.

I am very skeptical about Touliatos. He is from my country , btw. In his youth was blasting steroids and decided to write his "Bibles" after. He is a microbiologist not an endocrinologist that's why he can't prescribe nothing if you visit him.

As a character he is a narcissist and most of his clients in his doctor's office can verify that, there are plenty of reviews too.

His anti aging stacks that cost 500 dollars per month, many old information that has debunked are some things that come in my mind right now.

He has some knowledge of course but take everything that he says with a grain of salt.

Not the best, but not the worst.
Some interesting topics, some low effort click bait and wild claims.

He's still an influencer and his job is to get clicks, but he's not the worst of them.

The worst I've ever seen was Leo, but thankfully he fucked around and found out and doesn't make content anymore

When i got into gear i thought i found the holy grail of info but soon it turned out it was all bullshit.

There's more valuable info on the boards than listening to VS or Kurt Havens and what not. Well, at least these are still better than Todd Lee who spreads so much misinformation but anyways.. Things are very simple regarding gear usage and these guys (especially VS) are all about complicating things.

Remember these influencers always have good basic info to start...and then start over complicating and exaggerating things just to make more content. It quickly becomes bullshitty because they run out of things to cover so they just pull shit out of their ass

dude waaaay over complicates taking gear. He makes a 5 min video into an hour long video talking about all this science shit that no one even cares about are knows wtf hes even talking about. I think he takes adderall or something before he does videos cuz he just goes on and on about the science behind everything. Its like dude, we just want to know what works we dont need to know every little detail why. He has some good info but I think way over complicates it. Dr, james has good videos about taking gear check out his youtube its dr. james.

Find him pretty arrogant maybe it's just his Dutch manner but some things he says
About certain things makes me think hmmm
yeah like he thinks back pumps are caused from taurine deficiency? wtf? And he also speculated dallas mccarver died from tren cough with the autopsy right in front of him stating the cause of death was a heart attack. Dude says some dumbass shit and immediately question everything hes ever said.

i hung out with him years ago, we had some mutual friends. Had no idea who he was. He had a couple little brown nosers literally following him around praising him. He seemed friendly enough but weird vibes. After I met him i watched a couple of his videos and found their wasn't much substance as with most youtube videos. You click to find the answer to the question in the title and get 10 minutes of word salad and a 5 second 20%answer.

Yeah this one makes no sense.
It makes no sense because he never said it. He's been pretty clear that he thinks 50mg a day of pharma Var is more than enough for anyone and 25mg is probably fine for most normal people which is a fair statement.

I gloss over a lot of the latest and greatest peptide / random medication no one has heard of videos he does. But he has plenty of gold buried in there too. He preaches the gospel of being healthy, having healthy habits, being lean, eating right. And he believes in starting off with mild cycles and learning your individual E2 response before pushing any further which will save your average gym bro so many headaches starting out. You could do a lot worse than listen to him on a lot of things.

Kurt Havens channel is probably one of my favorites at the moment though.

I've only listened to him sparingly so my opinion is mostly influenced by the crowd here.

I do think he gives a lot of deep dive information if you are VERY interested in a topic (I usually am). Sure, it would be nice to have the short version....but he's gotta have something to say I guess.

I don't know if he is like this with every podcast (I've only listened to him while driving,.not actually seen him on video/screen) - but it sounds like he is mostly just reading a bunch of notes so that makes it pretty "meh."

Definitely slips some things in that are not always accurate but whatever...just gotta sift through. I really only listen to him for specific topics...not just listen to his whole podcast.

Same as Chase Irons. Peptide company sellouts. They make content and say whatever they have to make affiliate sales and money.
