What is my TDEE

Ok, so I've been cutting once again and decided to ask you guys for help.

Problem with my cuts is I go fast and hard because I absolutely hate cutting, I hate my life when I can't eat and everyone around me suffers. That's why I need to go for the get in get out approach.
I tried cutting at smaller deficits. Just as miserable and it lasts longer.

On to the point: in the past 14 days I've lost 5kg (11.25 lb). That would be approximately 0.8lb/day or 5.6lb/week.

I realize this is a large amount to lose weekly and I'm likely losing some muscle along with it. The weight loss should slow down a bit now that I'm lower body fat.

I've got visible abs and am looking to lose about 5lb more before I call it quits. Hopefully this should put me below 10%.

Diet wise I'm eating 2000cal daily. I make sure to get my 250gr of protein in and carbs and fats redistribute themselves.

When I finish my cut I plan to reverse diet so as to not become a fat pig within a week - something I've been known to become after past dieting attempts.

TLDR
I'm retarded and need you guys to calculate my TDEE based on the info above so I know what my maintenance calorie intake is.

I'm 6'2, 225lb (100kg), work a sedentary job. I try to get my 10k steps daily. Currently doing a bastardized powerbuilding program 4x week.

Current calorie intake is 2000cal, calculated using MyFitnessPal. Losing about 5lb/week.

Thanks for any comments.

Edit: forgot to mention "The Supplements" - 200mg/w test C and Tirzepatide.

you need us to do your calculations? TL;dr , its pretty easy to figure out your tdee,, Lazy mf,,

chat gpt just gave me my tdee , took seconds, some people are just lazy af, makes you wonder there "work ethic" in the gym, ,
This might not be OP but I think a lot of people seem to need a trainer, workout buddy, don’t CORRECTLY track macros or understand progressive overload and need a meal delivery service plan to cut . Or they blame the drugs when results aren’t there.

i would love to work with a coach, Just can't afford that in my area, i can say that i have had great success with just diet and excercise in losing 15% bf (25%-10%) in a 2 year defecit, lol , but i gained lbm as i did this so the "major recomp" was pretty noticeable in my physique,, just testosterone and some hgh and a clean boring, diet and CARDIO ,,

Poor man's version:

Track your food intake for a week while in weight maintenance

If you're truly weight stable, TDEE is roughly equivalent to your daily calorie intake

are you ever weight stable? i feel like i fluctate so much from day to day the more food i have in my system

That's why I suggested taking a week's average. Longer if necessary.

If you fluctuate but end at the same BW, then it's gonna be close enough to give you a ballpark (remember this is the poor man's version).
if this is poor man's version, then what would you specify making a new account on a steriod forum to ask for your tdee as?

Direct calorimetry. Not something you can do at home, not gonna be cheap, and doesn't always apply to how you live normally.

The poor man's version is actually pretty good for results that apply to you in how you normally live.

Congrats, that's freakin awesome man, LFG!
I'm on that road now, getting closer to 10%. On TRT 210/wk and started gh almost 4 weeks ago. I can't believe the changes this past week on 4iu's.

I can gain or lose 6lbs overnight, shit used to have 8lb wrestling practices that were fukn brutal.
Point is you gave the total weight loss over a 2wk span, but what you lost just this past week is probably a better number to go by.
How long have you been cutting this extreme, and don't say 2wks, lol.
Serio though, 6lb/wk loss consistently means you're actually in more like a 3k calorie deficit/day. Hey, go figure, that's your entire TDEE. So technically your fucked, lol

Thanks for the replies, fellas. I can see why my post can come off as me being a lazy fucker, but I assure you I'm not.

I started this topic more for the fun of it rather than anyone here having to input my own data and giving me a number.

I know how to use a TDEE calculator and according to various calculations, it comes down to anywhere from 2700 to 3200 cal daily.

On the other hand, when using MyFitnessPal and adjusting to losing 1kg/week, it says I should be eating 2030cals to achieve this goal. Meanwhile, I'm losing much more than 1kg a week. It's been more like over 2kg a week. To me this is both a blessing and a brainteaser.

The question I'm actually asking is if I'm losing this much than my TDEE should by all accounts be much higher than what any online calculator gives me.

I've not been dieting just for two weeks. It's been 2 months. I started at 113kg. I didn't even include the initial water weight/glycogen depletion, otherwise the number would be even higher.
